SOLO CONCEPTS LLC provides digital, custom, and highly specialized video editing and creative services. Due to the irreplaceable nature of our time and the digital format of our deliverables, we do not issue refunds once work has commenced or deliverables have been sent.

2. Project Commencement

Work is considered "commenced" once a deposit or full payment has been received and our editor begins reviewing raw footage, scripting, or organizing project files. Payments made prior to commencement secure your spot on our exclusive roster and are generally non-refundable.

3. Revisions in Lieu of Refunds

Your satisfaction and the performance of the creatives are our top priorities. In the event that a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon project brief, we offer revisions as stipulated in your specific package or retainer agreement to ensure you receive a product that aligns with your goals.

4. Cancellations

If you cancel a project before work has officially commenced, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees. Monthly retainers require a 14-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle for cancellation.
